Equipment Company offers diverse preventive maintenance programs to fit your
budget. We understand that our customers need a quality maintenance plan to
maintain the proper performance and reduce breakdowns of their equipment. Our
primary programs are based on four quarterly inspections per calendar year,
during which we will monitor for peak efficiency, replace worn parts and provide
you with detailed documentation of each inspection. We also offer scaled back
plans for our budget minded customers.
Preventative Maintenance Packages:
Quarterly Premier: Designed as an all inclusive contract that covers all parts and labor for scheduled PM inspections as well as repairs and repair parts for the duration of the contract. This program works well for those that want to pay one flat rate for maintenance.
Quarterly Plus: This program covers all labor for scheduled PM inspections as well as repair labor for the duration of the contract. Parts will be invoiced separately.
Quarterly: This program includes all labor required to perform scheduled PM inspections. This program also covers labor for all call backs that occur within 30 days of the PM inspection. Callbacks beyond 30 days would be billed at a discount rate. Parts will be invoiced separately.
Bi Monthly: This program covers all labor for scheduled PM inspections as well as repair labor for the duration of the contract. Parts will be invoiced separately.
Bi Annual: This program includes all labor required to perform scheduled inspections. This program also covers labor for all callbacks that occur within 30 days of the PM inspection. Callbacks beyond 30 days would be billed at a discount rate. Parts will be invoiced separately.
Custom: We offer this to our customers that require scheduled maintenance without a signed contract. We simply put the customer on a schedule and invoice direct for the time and material used for scheduled inspections as well as repairs.
